These terms apply to your use of the Spellbook website and any purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our store is powered by Shopify.

  1. Products & pricing
    All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We aim to describe and picture products accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly. We may correct errors in pricing or descriptions and update product information at any time.
  2. Orders
    Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. If we can't fulfil or we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full.
  3. Stock & preorders
    Availability can change without notice. Preorder release dates are set by the publisher and may move; preorder items ship as soon as they arrive with us.
  4. Payment
    Payment is processed securely at checkout via our payment providers. You confirm you're authorised to use your chosen payment method.
  5. Delivery
    Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you once they're handed to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.
  6. Returns
    Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.
  7. Your consumer rights
    Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
  8. Acceptable use
    You agree to use our site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or infringe the rights of others.
  9. Intellectual property
    Product names, images and trademarks for Sorcery: Contested Realm are the property of their respective owners. Spellbook is an independent retailer and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the game's publisher.
  10. Governing law
    These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
  11. Changes
    We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page.
