Where we ship
Spellbook ships across Australia.

Processing time
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, such as new releases, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping options & cost
Shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Lost or damaged in transit
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email us at contact@spellbook.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we're unable to take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
